John and I didn't know much about each other before we started working together over the summer.  The only time I ever saw John before I started working with him was on my deck. He was out in the driveway dropping off kittens. I never thought for a second that guy standing out in the driveway would end up being a good friend. To be honest with you, a Best Friend. 

I spent my whole summer with John practically, 40 hours a week to be exact, Or wait! I did 1 hour overtime on Fridays. So 41 hours!!  I had the best summer ever though.  I had no idea how much we both had in common. John and I still hang out when we get the chance to. I could never leave a friend like John behind.

I will never forger the summer of '07.
